cancellations and
missed appointments
Technico Service values your time and we hope you value ours. We require a 24-hour window for cancellations. Any appointment cancelled within the 24-hour timeframe may be subject to a $100 rescheduling fee.
Any missed appointment is automatically subject to $100 convenience fee.
equipment orders
Due to the nature of placing orders, we require payment in full before we place an equipment order.
Coffee and espresso equipment can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks to arrive from the manufacturers and custom work can add to this timeframe.
Please keep these in mind when placing an equipment order.
